I was born in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, in 1993. I have a background in electrical engineering and telecommunications engineering, with undergraduate and graduate study abroad experience in the United States, resulting in excellent professional English proficiency and strong communication and coordination skills.
I am curious and eager to learn. Since 2017, over the past seven years, I have held various roles at Nanjing Jusha Medical Group, including market promotion, product manager, sales, and technical support for overseas business. I have a deep understanding and knowledge base regarding Chinese companies' overseas business expansion, B2B international trade sales, brand building, and promotion.

Job Summary: Responsible for all overseas business marketing activities, including brand promotion, promotional material production, overseas exhibitions, and product support. Also served as a Product Manager, overseeing the development and updates of the quality control IoT system for medical display devices, deeply involved in the R&D and design of digital pathology products from concept to completion, and the reconstruction of the company's new official website. Additionally, managed sales tasks for the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Countries and regions visited for work-related purposes include: the United States, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Denmark, Germany, Austria, Poland, the Czech Republic, India, the Philippines, Thailand, Singapore, and Australia. Countries where stays exceeded one month include: the United States, Mexico, Argentina, the United Kingdom, Germany, and India.
Reporting to: Manager of the International Sales Management Department, which is directly supervised by Mr. Wang Wei, the Chairman.
Department Overview: The overseas sales team was established in 2012 and began expanding in mid-2016. Starting with a team of three, it has grown to 16 members today, with 13 Chinese staff and three overseas staff. The team comprises talented individuals from diverse educational backgrounds, including Tsinghua University, Nanjing University, Turin Polytechnic University in Italy, University of São Paulo in Brazil, and Pompeu Fabra University in Spain. Annual sales performance remained at a low level (below USD 1 million) prior to 2017. From 2017 to 2020, the department experienced rapid growth, achieving approximately USD 6 million in overseas annual sales in 2023.
My Responsibilities:
1.Marketing-related
Production of promotional materials: brochures, product videos (concept development, filming, and editing).
Maintenance of online platforms: LinkedIn, YouTube, and the company website.
Product Specialist Field Visits: Accompanying sales personnel on visits to overseas clients and providing product support.
Competitor Analysis: Compiling and reporting on competitor product information, querying sales data, and data visualization.
Google Ads Campaign Management: Ad placement, bid adjustments, and keyword optimization.
Knowledge Documentation: Maintaining the online knowledge base and departmental cloud repository.
2. Product Management
Medical Display QA Quality Control Software Product Manager: I iterated from version 2.0 to the latest version 4.4.1, including preliminary customer communication and requirements collation; development and R&D meeting review specifications, UI design, and interaction design; and later assisted customers with follow-up.
Corporate Website Rebuild: Preliminary function sorting, supplier quotation, meeting communication on construction details, and delivery review.
3. Sales
Business development: Utilizing various methods such as phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, trade show leads, and online searches. Target clients include manufacturers, hospitals, distributors, and integrators.
Key account relationship management and new project development: Including German Siemens, Dutch Philips, American Hologic, and Indian Allengers. Specific actions include visiting key personnel at headquarters and inviting them to China for visits.
4. Support
Assisting sales in handling customer complaints, tracking causes, and closing cases.
Remote deployment and delivery of software products.
Shooting and production of product usage, maintenance, and installation videos.

New employees: Product knowledge training.
Agents and manufacturers: Product knowledge training, after-sales maintenance, and installation training.

Work Achievements and Milestones
Through market and support initiatives, contributed to the department achieving a sales performance growth from $1 million to $6 million over six years from 2017 to 2023.
As a Product Manager, I have continuously improved the QA software from version 2.0 to the current 4.4.1 version over the past four years, from functional definition to UI design. This process has deepened my understanding of the development of software-hardware integrated products and my awareness of industry standards. Additionally, collaborating with different teams has honed my coordination skills. This system has been successfully deployed in multiple large healthcare groups, including the University Hospitals Nottingham NHS Foundation Trust in the UK, Clalit, Israel’s largest healthcare provider, Singapore General Hospital (SGH), and I-Med, Australia’s largest imaging center group.
As the lead, I rebuilt the company’s official website.
As a product manager, in the digital pathology project, I translated customer requirements and international standards into development specifications, achieving the definition and development of a software-hardware integrated product from scratch, and received high recognition during the pilot test at Leeds Hospital in the UK.
As the responsible party, I designed, filmed, and edited approximately 30 product introduction videos, 6 maintenance videos, and 4 customer introduction videos. I mastered the relevant skills from video filming to post-production editing.
I have been responsible for the setup, logistics, and preparation of multiple large-scale overseas exhibitions, including RSNA in the US, MEDICA in Germany, and ECR in Austria.
In the US market, I achieved breakthroughs and trial runs with major manufacturers such as GE, Hologic, and Fujifilm.
I also achieved breakthroughs, trial runs, and continued repurchases with I-Med, Australia's largest imaging center group (approximately 500 clinics).
